Updated Flight Schedule Tiara Air |

As from July 12th 2010 a new schedule will be effective regarding Tiara Air’s flight from Aruba to Bonaire and from Bonaire to Aruba.
ARUBA – BONAIRE
9:10am – 10:00am - mo-we-fr
6:20pm – 7:10pm - mo-we-fr
7:10pm – 8:05pm - su
BONAIRE – ARUBA
10:20am – 11:50am - mo-we-fr
7:30pm – 8:20pm - mo-we-fr
8:25pm – 9:20pm - su
We are very happy to see that this new schedule shows an increase of 3 flights per week; new evening flights are scheduled and the morning flights are scheduled earlier. The new schedule also has the advantage that it allows day trips and better connections to and from the US via Aruba on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and from the US on Sunday. Additionally it allows connections to and from Venezuela on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The dive shop is very proud to announce that we have reached our 5th Anniversary of International Resort & Retailer Association Membership. During the past 5 years the dive team has gone from strength to strength and now has three instructors and a dives master who can teach all PADI dive courses from Discover Scuba Dive through Dive master in several languages.  |

Today is a very exciting day as we have the first boat dive departing from the dock at Belmar Oceanfront Apartments. With Frank and Francesca as the crewmembers on the boat everything ran smoothly. A number of the Belmar Apartment owners were on the dock with champagne on hand to celebrate the first official boat docking.

Sadly we had to say goodbye to Mauricio or Maui as he was known to most of us. He and his wife Gaylene left at the beginning of March to continue their adventures on Grand Cayman. Although he was part of the team for only a short time he will be missed by the team and guests alike. We wish both Maui and Gaylene the best of luck in the future and hope to see them back on Bonaire again soon. We had a team night out to say our goodbyes which was great fun. |

For the third time we have organized an easter egg hunt at Belmar Apartments.
Several guests of Belmar participated in this contest to find the Silver Egg under water and win the grand prize of 6 boat dives and 6 days of unlimited air! The colored eggs were also valid for different prizes ranging from T-shirts to tank banger, fish ID slates and more! Afterwards, everybody celebrated Easter with rum punch, snacks and presents! All the coloured eggs were found this year, but we are still missing egg #3 from 2009 so if anybody finds it the prize is waiting for you! This year the silver egg was found by Debbie McArthur, so hopefully we will see her and her family back before the end of april 2011, so she can claim her prize.
